Times are tougher than ever. More than 4.7 million Americans have contracted the cvid-19 disease and 157,000 have lost their lives to it. The overall death toll continues to go up by more than 1000 each day. And Texas, Florida, and California are now reporting the highest numbers.
The pandemic initially took over America from the Northeast, then turned South, then West, and is now heading towards the heartland. The percentage of daily cvid-19 cases is now swelling up in midwestern states including Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, and Indiana.
According to American infectious disease expert, Dr. Anthony Fauci, this rise and spread can only be controlled with adherence to these five key principals:
Only last Friday, while testifying in Congress, Fauci stated,
“This disease is so highly transmissible that it’s unlikely for it to ever disappear”.
Medical experts have warned that unless America gears up, acts now, and promotes mask-wearing with strict discipline, it is likely to see death tolls rise “well into multiple hundreds of thousands”. Fauci explained,
“What inevitably is going to happen is that the states that are not yet in trouble, will likely get into trouble”.
Several prominent health officials, have repeatedly been trying to get people to “universally wear masks”. Dr. Deborah Birx, the White House Cvid-19 Response Coordinator, has recommended state officials to issue mandatory mask-wearing. Birx says that,
“(by wearing masks and social distancing), we can really get control of this virus and drive down cases, as Arizona has done”.
