For one, you'll actually receive something when you order from us. Many websites have fake certifications, imaginary shipping dates more than a week away (it means they probably don't have masks yet, and might never get them).

Above and beyond that, we believe our masks are the highest level of technology (nanotech to repel droplets and microorganisms), and breathability using our proprietary antibacterial cushion cloud. Our masks are not cheap, but we don't feel like this is the time to be cheap with things. We use top designers, top engineers, top materials and that's the way we're going to keep it.

Space Mask adult M/L size is meant to be one-size-fits-all. At its functional position and slightly folded, the measurement across the widest part of the mask is 7". When laid completely flat, it's 10" wide.

The height from the top to the bottom is 5.25", designed to cover from the top of your nose bridge to the bottom edge of your chin.

For people with smaller faces, we also have some in size S/M available in limited edition colors. Adult S/M size is 5" high, 6.5" wide when worn, and 9.5" wide when laid flat.

Kids size is 4.25" high, 5.5" wide when worn, and 8.5" wide when laid flat.

The straps are soft elastic cotton and fully adjustable. See fitting instruction in the question below.

- 3 Layer construction: light, soft, cushiony, comfortable yet still thick and durable. 

- Outer layer: woven nanotech material, antibacterial, UV protective.  

- Middle layer: antibacterial polyester cushion filter cloud, sewn in. 

- Inner layer: black soft cotton for a comfortable touch since it's the layer closest to the skin.

- Elastic cotton straps: right out of the bag, they're soft and loose. For a proper fit, the user can tie the straps up in a knot to tighten and adjust it to their liking. The reason we use this material is really for the comfort of the user. Any other elastic band or non-elastic straps will end up hurting the ears after 30mins to an hour. Ours can be worn for much longer than that and it won't hurt.

We have recently updated the design of the cotton elastic straps. We are leaving them looser and bigger than usual, to leave you room to adjust the size to your liking. 

In order to tighten the straps, please twist and tie a knot to shorten them. Then push the knot inside the fabric fold to hide it. Then voila! now you have something that fits your face perfectly and comfortably.

To clean your mask and keep it last longer, please hand wash it with a drop of detergent in hot water, and air dry for at least 10 hours until fully dry.

People usually wash their masks in the evening and leave it air dry overnight. It really depends on how much and how often you use the mask.

We recommend you having 2 to 3 personal masks for just yourself to rotate while you wait for the other masks to “dry”. Studies have shown that leaving a fabric mask alone for 72 hours is the most effective way to make sure it’s free from any viable harmful particles.

If you chose to machine-wash, please wash in cold water with similar colors, and tumble dry in low heat, or air dry. 

Do not microwave since it might cause a fire. Always take the mask off by the straps and wash your hands before you touch your face.

If you place your order by 3pm EST during a business day, your order will get processed within 24-48 hours. It’s currently taking 2-7 business days to deliver to any location in the continental US. Please note that shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will incur extra charges.

Due to hygiene reasons and safety precautions for our customers, we don't sell returned products and we currently don't accept returns.
